15 ounceslemon flavored water kefir or coconut water
1largeenglish cucumbersliced
2piecescelerysliced
1teaspoonginger paste or 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoonlemon juice
1/2green appleoptional, chopped
4-6ice cubesoptional
Instructions
Pour the water kefir or coconut water into a high speed blender. Add the remaining ingredients. If you need a sweeter smoothie, add the apple. Mix on high until well blended and smooth.
